Chef Salim has served his delicious Halal certified meals since the Foodcourt opened in 2003.
Trained in Asia and worked in top hotels and restaurants, he provides an opportunity for you to taste food from Laos. Many curries, noodles and sizzling platters are on his menu. While all are available in meat, seafood and vegetarian options, fish is his specialty. You have to try his Whole Snapper – perfectly steamed with flesh falling of the bones and topped with aromatic vegetables. Spice level is up to you – just let them know when ordering your meal.
